Perfectjammer provides high-quality jamming and interference equipment for different frequencies. We are responsible for the quality of our products. We do not just sell equipment. We are a direct manufacturer, so we guarantee to provide high-quality products. All our equipment is specially designed to meet the needs of our customers. We constantly strive to improve the quality of our services and all business processes. Before shipping, we conduct extensive tests to ensure its effectiveness and performance. The tests include the appearance and function of the goods, the inclusion of applicable accessories, and the packaging.

You must pay the payment when placing an order to receive the goods. Your order will be delivered to the specified address the next day. Usually, delivery may take 7-10 days, depending on your country.

If you choose expedited shipping, you need to wait 4-7 business days. We will send you a tracking number so that you can track the goods.

After placing an order, our team will do its best to process it in a timely manner. Products from the factory are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

** Return and Refund Policy **

If the goods are lost, damaged or wrongly delivered, you should notify the courier immediately; or you can contact us, we will investigate and help you to file a possible insurance claim, so you may need to submit some relevant photos or documents to us as proof. We will also consider resending or refunding you according to the circumstances.

Refund Process

  • Please contact us first by email: perfectjammershop@gmail.com or online support with a detailed description and photos or videos (if possible), we will confirm whether it is an operational problem or a quality problem
  • You must send the item back immediately with the original packaging and accessories, unless an exception is agreed in advance
  • We will notify you upon receipt of the returned goods. Replaced or repaired items will be sent back by ordinary airmail with advance notice.
