Now, for the same 'control body', they will assume administrative responsibility.
After the large-scale purchase of homework answers by graduates involving parents and social networks was exposed, organizers of the national unified exam began to search for a complete solution to the problem of exam cheating. One option is to use signal jammer to block various wireless devices. Their use began in educational institutions in Tatarstan and Magadan regions and spread to other regions.
Now it has been proven that, based on direct orders from "superiors", the leaders of educational institutions who engage in malicious "cheating" - the most illegal ones - have been cracking down on. All of this is because the order has been "lowered", but it has proven to be "unofficial" because a regulatory framework for the use of such devices has never been created. Of course, Rosobrnadzor likes to use the results, but as usual, officials have left all regulatory and implementation solutions in the region, which already has enough problems to solve.
Recently, the organization of exams has become increasingly reminiscent of specialized actions to crack down on malicious violators. Carrying phones with you has long been banned, and now they are equipping the venue with signal jammer. Rosobrnadzor plans to raise this issue at the federal level and ensure widespread implementation. To fully legalize the use of signal jammer in public places, you must obtain resolutions from Roskomnadzor and the National Radio Frequency Commission.
Cellular operators are angry that they have not yet determined what devices to use, so they generally oppose this innovation, fearing that the signal jammer will affect too large an area, which will undoubtedly bring inconvenience to mobile networks for users.
